First of all, i see this question in all tech website, and tis is my opinion about blogger and wordpress, and you can find on the internet more expert answer about this quesyion, so this is Ayuuub opinions...☺
-Is a great interface by Google
-easy to use and simple
-All what you need to do is create a google account, choose a domaine.blogspot.com
choose a template or dowload it from the internet, and start to write your topics
-You can also add a doamine.com
-Easy Seo, because its related to google so it regognise your blog faster
-Very good templates and easy to applicate them
-Easy access to write your topics, and also to change everything on you blog
-You can also uploade your photos and videos on it
-Great interface but a little bit slow
- Poor free domaine
-Google can delete all your work, if you didnt recpect the procedures
you will be not able to upload your files insted of the picture or videos
-The templates are good, But not Awesome.
-You will respect google immideatly, on themplate, topics, and feature.

-It cost a little bit to have your hosting and domaine name
-Not easy to manipulate it
In my opinion
If you are a begginer choose blogger because its easy and you can begin on it
If you want to create a website no a blog you can use wordpress
